Our primary mission is to empower people with technology. We not only teach people to use technology but when something is not working correctly we will help troubleshoot and repair both software issues as well as hardware issues. Our goal is to make you self-sufficient, so we will explain all repairs and teach you to do them yourself if the problem should occur again.

We assess a minimum of $35 (nonmembers) charge for diagnosing a problem with your computer. This $35 will be applied to the cost of any work made to the same computer. Our rates are $80 per hour for all of the above services.
